Empire Developers

Empire Developers is located right opposite Uma Vihar Elysium, near the Aastha Villa Bunglows. It’s a nice enough part of the city, and it’s usually a bit quieter than being right on a main junction. We have a small office here where we keep track of all our development work. There are usually stacks of bricks or sand somewhere nearby because of the ongoing work in the area. Inside, our space is pretty simple. We have some desks, a few chairs, and a very old ceiling fan that makes a bit of noise when it is on high. We don’t really care about having a polished look because we spend most of our time out on the dusty sites anyway. Our day usually starts early with a lot of calls to check where the materials are. We spend a lot of time talking to the guys on the ground and making sure they have what they need to keep going. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. Sometimes the neighbors come by to ask about what we’re building, and we just tell them what’s happening. We like being near Aastha Villa because it’s a landmark everyone recognizes. We just try to do an honest day’s work and get things built properly. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things go wrong, but we just deal with it and keep moving. That is how we run things here.
