Avirat Thr Project

We’re located over on Thaltej Hebatpur Road, right near Zydus Hospital. It’s a good landmark to have because everyone knows where the hospital is. The Avirat Thr Project is what we’re currently working on, and it takes up most of our time and energy. We’ve got a small team here and we’ve all been in the building trade for quite a while. The area around the hospital is always bustling, which keeps us energized. We aren’t a corporate giant; we’re just a local outfit trying to do things the right way. Our days are filled with site visits, talking to engineers, and making sure we have enough cement for the next day. Sometimes we have to deal with noise complaints or traffic issues, but we try to be good neighbors. It’s not always easy keeping everything on track, especially when the weather doesn’t cooperate. We don’t go in for flashy brochures or sales pitches. We’d rather just show people what we’ve built. The office is usually a mess of drawings and sample tiles. We like the challenge of working in a growing area like Thaltej. It’s rewarding to see the progress every week when you walk onto the site. We’re just regular folks who take pride in the buildings we put up, and we hope they serve the community well for years to come. We don't have any fancy titles, everyone just pitches in where they are needed most. It’s a lot of long hours but we enjoy the work.
