Avirat Jay Project Llp

Our office is right across from Agrawal Mall. It’s a convenient spot because everyone knows where the mall is. We’ve been working on various projects around here for some time under the name Avirat Jay Project Llp. Being an LLP means we have a few partners involved, and we’re usually debating something or other about the latest site. The area around the mall is always crowded, which is good for business I guess. We spend most of our mornings looking at site reports and trying to figure out why the sand delivery is late again. It’s not a glamorous job, despite what people think about real estate. There’s a lot of dust and a lot of phone calls. We try to keep things simple. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us sitting around a table with a bunch of papers. We know the local area well and we’ve seen how much it’s changed over the last few years. The mall brings in a lot of people, so it’s never quiet around here. We just focus on getting the buildings up and making sure the structural stuff is right. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but that’s just part of the routine. We’re just local guys trying to build things that will last. It's hard work, but we like seeing the progress every day. We don't really have a big staff, so we do most of it ourselves.
