We’re over on Science City Road, which is a part of the city that just keeps growing and growing every year. Avirat Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. has its office here, and it’s a busy place most days of the week. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees and fancy departments. It’s a tight-knit group of us who know the construction business inside out. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do here. Basically, we take a piece of land and we put something useful on it. It involves a lot of sweat, some yelling when things go wrong, and a lot of satisfaction when a project finally gets finished and the keys are handed over. Science City Road has its own vibe, and we’ve become part of the scenery around here. You might see our trucks moving around or our guys in yellow vests at a site nearby. We don’t have a high-tech office with touchscreens everywhere. We still use paper drawings, rulers, and old-fashioned tape measures. It’s how we learned the trade, and it still works just fine for us. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a quote or to talk to a client who can only meet after their own work ends. We don't mind the extra hours. It’s just part of owning a local business. We’re just regular people trying to do a decent job and stay busy. There’s always a new challenge every morning, and that keeps it interesting. We’ve been at this for a while.
