You’ll find Aavishkar Developers right across from the Hir Asha Complex. It’s a busy little stretch of the road, and we spend most of our time looking out at the complex and all the people coming and going from the shops over there. Our own space is pretty simple. We aren't into that corporate style with shiny floors and receptionists who don't know your name. It’s just us, a few desks, and the files we need to do our developer work. There’s no big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just think it’s better to focus on the tasks at hand rather than talking about them too much. The street outside is usually full of life, with tea vendors and people running errands, and it gives the place a real local character. We like being in the thick of it. It can get a bit noisy when the traffic picks up in the evening, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve been at this address for a while and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the Hir Asha Complex across the way. It’s a very basic, honest sort of existence here. We show up, handle the business we have to, and don't try to be anything more than a local team doing their work. It’s practical and it works for us every day.
