Soch Developers Llp is located right behind Embassy Market. It’s a busy area, but being behind the market gives us a little bit of a break from the main crowd. We’ve been here for a few years now. The name Soch came from the idea that we should think things through before we start digging or building, but mostly it was just a name we all liked. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a handful of people who know a thing or two about development. Our office is a bit cramped because we have so many samples and blueprints lying around. We usually start the day with a quick talk about what needs to be done, then everyone heads off to do their own thing. Sometimes we are dealing with architects, other times it’s just making sure the materials arrived on time. It can be stressful when things don't go according to plan, but that is normal in this line of work. We don't spend money on big signs or fancy decorations. We’d rather just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Most of our visitors are people we’ve known for a long time. They just drop by for a quick chat about their property or to see how a project is coming along. It’s a simple way of doing business, and it works for us. We just keep moving forward one day at a time without much fuss.
