Smart Walls Constructions Llp is located at Bunglow No 3 in the Satellite Co. Op. Housing Society. We are right near Bhavnirzar on Satellite Road. It’s a bit different working out of a bungalow instead of a high-rise office building, but it feels more relaxed this way. The Satellite area is one of the well-known parts of the city and being near Bhavnirzar makes it easy to explain our location to anyone who needs to drop by. We handle construction projects and since we are based in a house, there is a bit more space for us to breathe. The atmosphere is pretty casual here. We have our desks set up and we usually have drawings and site photos pinned up on the walls. It’s a busy road outside, but inside the society, it stays relatively calm. We spend a lot of our time talking to contractors and making sure our wall systems and construction plans are being followed correctly. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. People in the neighborhood know us as the construction folks in Bunglow 3. We don't really go for anything too corporate; we just prefer a straightforward way of working. Most days involve a lot of coffee and a lot of phone calls. Construction is a messy business sometimes, but we try to keep the office side of it as organized as we can. It’s just us doing our thing in a quiet corner of Satellite Road.
