We set up shop in Godrej Garden City, at Shop 14 in the Siddharth Iconnr building. It’s a nice area with a lot of people moving in and out. We focus on home building, which means we spend our time helping folks get their houses sorted. It’s a lot of small details that most people don't think about until they’re actually living in the place. We aren't a massive builder that does thousands of homes a year. We’re more local and hands-on than that. Our shop is where we meet people to go over plans or choose materials. It’s often a bit cluttered with samples and brochures. We try to be honest about how long things take and what they cost. Construction is never as quick as people want it to be, and we don't pretend otherwise. We deal with the local tradesmen and make sure they’re doing what they’re supposed to do. Being right here in Godrej Garden City makes it easy for us to keep an eye on things nearby. We’re just a small team of people who like the process of building. We aren't into fancy titles or corporate meetings. We just want to make sure the homes we work on are solid and done right. That’s what keeps us going every day. It's just a regular business trying to do right by the people who trust us with their house projects.
