Our shop is 1304 at The Capital, which is right across from the Hetarth Party Plot. It is a big building, so you just have to look for our number once you get inside. We do a lot of development work from this office. It’s mostly just us sitting at our desks, talking to people who walk in or calling up contractors. The area around the party plot gets really busy during wedding season, so parking can be a bit of a gamble sometimes. We’ve got a small fridge in the corner for cold water and that’s about it for extras. We don’t really go for the corporate look. We just have our computers and files and a few chairs for visitors. The lighting in the building is pretty good, which helps when we are looking at small print on documents. Sometimes we stay late when a project is moving fast. It’s a pretty standard developer’s office, nothing too flashy. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy for our regulars to drop by. We’ve got a couple of calendars on the wall to track our deadlines. It’s a hardworking little space. If the front desk in the lobby asks, just tell them you’re going to 1304. We try to keep things moving and stay busy with the local building projects we have going on right now. It is a good neighborhood to be working in every day.
