We are Shree Ganesh Developers and our main spot is at Pavitra Bunglows, which is right behind Shivalay Bunglows. It’s a quiet little corner compared to the main roads. We’ve been doing this for a number of years. We didn't go to some fancy business school. We learned how to build by actually doing it, on the ground, getting our hands dirty. We have a few projects going at any given time. It’s a lot of work to keep track of everything, from the laborers to the materials and the permits. Sometimes we get a bit behind schedule because of the weather or something else we can't control. We don't try to hide that. It’s just the reality of building things out in the open. We don't have a big team of sales people. Usually, you just talk to one of us directly. We aren't very good at the polished talk. We just tell you what we can do and what we can't. We like seeing a plot of land turn into a place where people can actually live. It’s a lot of sweat and long hours, but it’s what we do. We’ve seen a lot of changes in this area behind Shivalay, and we’re just happy to be part of the neighborhood. We keep things simple and honest. If there is a problem, we fix it. That is how we’ve always handled our work around here, just taking care of business without any fuss.
