You can find us on Kachhi Samajvadi Road, not far from Shivalay Heritage. It’s a bit of a dusty road sometimes, but it’s where we do our business. We’ve been in the development game for a while now, and this location works well for us as Om Developers. There is plenty of room for trucks to come and go, which is important for what we do. Our daily routine is pretty much the same every day. We start early, check the site progress, and then spend the afternoon dealing with the logistics. It’s not all smooth sailing. There are always delays or things that need fixing, but that’s just part of construction. We don't try to hide that. We just work through the problems. The office is a working space, not a showroom. We have our desks, our plans, and a lot of coffee. We prefer being straightforward with people. If something is going to take six months, we say it’ll take six months. We aren't interested in sales pitches. We just want to build things that stand up properly. Being near Shivalay Heritage gives people a good landmark to find us. We’re just local builders trying to do a decent job for the community. We don't need a lot of praise, we just like seeing the finished project. It's a hard way to earn a living but it's ours and we are proud of the work.
