We've been around the Odhav Circle to Vastral Ring Road area for a while now. Jay Developers is just a small group of us working out of the spot behind Somnath Estate, right near Abhishree Estate. Most days you'll find us on-site or dealing with paperwork in the office. It's not a fancy setup, just a practical place to get things done. We deal with construction projects around here because we know the neighborhood well. It's busy near the ring road, but our location is tucked back a bit. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and build things. People stop by sometimes to ask about what's being built next. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us showing up every morning and trying to keep the projects moving. Some days are harder than others, especially when supplies are late or the weather isn't helping. We just keep at it. If you're driving from Odhav toward Vastral, you've probably passed our signs. We like being part of this local patch of land. It’s where we live and work, so we care about what happens here. There’s always something to fix or a new plan to look over on the desk. We don’t do big speeches, we just build. It takes a lot of hours to keep a business like this going, but we enjoy the physical work and the reality of seeing a house go up from nothing.
