Goldmedal Industries

Our place is located at 286 Shubh Ind Estate on Kathwada Road. It’s a typical industrial spot with lots of trucks and noise throughout the day. We started Goldmedal Industries because we wanted to have our own setup. The building isn't new, and it has some quirks, like the door that sticks in the monsoon. We spend the majority of our time on the shop floor or in the small office area checking numbers. It’s dusty work sometimes, but that’s just how it is in this line of business. Kathwada Road is always busy, so getting materials in and out takes some planning. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy things about us. We’re just a group of workers trying to keep the machines running and the orders moving. We eat our lunch together and talk about whatever is going on in the news. It’s a very straightforward environment. No one wears suits here. We wear clothes that we don't mind getting a bit dirty. When a machine breaks, we fix it ourselves if we can. It’s just how things get done. We’ve been in this estate for a while now, and we know most of the guys in the neighboring units. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s not about being the biggest, it’s just about getting through the workload we have each week without too much trouble.
