Akul Developers has its office in Singarvagaam. We are situated right across from Deep Bungalows and next to Ramvilla. It’s a relatively quiet area compared to the city center, which we appreciate. We focus on developing residential spaces. Our office is where all the planning happens. It’s often a bit cluttered with samples and different types of wood or stone. We aren't really about the bells and whistles. We just want to build decent places for people to stay. The neighborhood in Singarvagaam is nice and we’ve gotten to know a lot of the residents over the years. We spend our days checking on construction progress and making sure we have enough supplies. Building homes is a slow process and it requires a lot of patience. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery being late or the weather turning bad, and we just have to deal with it. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything. We just do the work that’s in front of us. Most people who work with us are from around here. We like being a local business and contributing to the way the area looks. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we enjoy the challenge of turning a piece of land into a home. It's just what we do every day. We hope to stay in this location for many more years as the town continues to grow around us.
