Shraddha Builders is situated right across from Dev Bhumi Estate. It’s a spot we’ve called home for a good while. The office is pretty basic. We’ve got some chairs, a big table for maps and plans, and a fan that clicks a bit when it's on high. We aren't here to impress anyone with the decor. We’re here to build. Most of our mornings start early with the crews coming in to get their instructions. There is usually a lot of noise and a bit of a rush as everyone gets moving. We deal with all kinds of building projects. Some are small and some take months of work. We try to stay focused on the quality of the brickwork and the plumbing. Those are the things that actually matter. Sometimes we run into problems with materials not arriving on time, which can be frustrating for everyone. We just deal with it and move on. We don't use any fancy marketing talk. We just show you what we’ve built and let you decide. It’s a tough business sometimes, especially when the sun is hot, but we like seeing a project come together from nothing. We’re just local folks doing what we know how to do, one day at a time, right here across from the estate. There’s always more to learn but we handle what comes our way.
