Silitronix Systems operates out of L-214 in the GIDC Estate in Odhav. If you have ever been to the Odhav GIDC, you know it is a massive place full of all kinds of industries. Our unit is just one of many, but we’ve made it our own over the years. Inside, we have our systems set up on sturdy metal benches. It’s a very technical environment, so you’ll see a lot of wires, circuit boards, and testing equipment scattered around. We don’t bother with fancy carpets or expensive furniture. We prefer having good tools and enough space to move around. The sounds of the neighboring factories—clanking metal and hissing steam—are always there in the background. We usually have the radio playing softly to keep things from being too quiet. Our day starts with a quick meeting to see what needs to be shipped out. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and making sure everything works the way it should before it leaves the L-214 unit. The staff here is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from packing boxes to technical work. Odhav is a busy, gritty area, and we fit right in. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea seller knows exactly how we like our drinks. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We are just a local business in the GIDC getting our work done every day without any fuss or corporate nonsense.
