You can find us up on the third floor, room 301, at New York Arcade. We’re right near the Govt Tube Well, which is a landmark most people in the area know. This place is a bit more than just a regular dentist office since we do implants and some of the more complicated stuff too. The arcade is a busy building, so there’s always something going on downstairs. We like being in this part of town because it’s central for everyone. Inside, we have the equipment needed for dental surgery and routine checkups. It’s not a very big office, but we make the most of the space we have. Patients come in for all sorts of reasons, from a simple ache to needing a whole new tooth put in. We try to explain what’s happening without making it sound too scary or complicated. It’s just work for us, but we know it’s a big deal for the person sitting in the chair. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, but usually, it's fine. We spend a lot of our day looking at X-rays and talking to patients about their options. We don't have a big marketing team; it's just us here doing the actual work.
