Shyam Buildcon Pvt. Ltd is located at B-7 in Sterling Appt 1. This is in Sterling City, which is part of Bopal in Ahmedabad. We have been in this apartment office for quite a while now. Bopal has grown a lot and changed since we first started, but we are still here in the same spot. We do construction and building work. It’s not a fancy glass office like you see in the movies. It’s just a regular apartment turned into a workspace. We have files everywhere and some old chairs for visitors. We don't try to impress anyone with a lobby or a receptionist. We just care about the actual building projects we are doing around Ahmedabad. The Sterling City area is pretty quiet compared to the main road, which is nice. We are just a local team of developers. Some of us have lived in Ahmedabad our whole lives. We don't use big words or marketing slogans to get business. We just talk to people about their building needs and try to get the jobs done. It’s a small operation. You walk in, and you’ll likely see the owner or one of the main guys sitting right there. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. No corporate layers, just us working out of Bopal. We take our work seriously but we keep the atmosphere here pretty relaxed.
