We are located in the Gujarat Small Industrial Compound, right beside Uttam Dairy. If you go behind the Bank of Baroda in Rakhial, you will find our gate. The smell of the dairy is something we wake up to every single morning. At Shusa Mechatronics Pvt Ltd, we deal with a mix of mechanical parts and electronic circuits. The workshop floor is concrete and usually has some bits of wire or metal shavings on it. We aren't a big operation. It’s just a few of us who enjoy tinkering with machines and making things work. The compound is always full of activity with other small shops doing their own thing nearby. It’s a noisy place, but it feels like a real community of workers. We have some older equipment and some newer tools that we use to put things together. Our office is just a corner of the workshop with a computer and a lot of technical manuals stacked on the floor. We don't have a fancy showroom for customers to walk through. Most people who come here are looking for technical help or very specific parts. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting. Sometimes a circuit doesn't work the way it should, and we have to spend hours finding the tiny mistake. We drink a lot of tea from the local stall while we think. It’s a practical way to spend the day. We just enjoy the work we do here.
