Our office is at 204 National Plaza, right across from the Lal Bungalow on C G Road in Ahmedabad. It’s a pretty well-known spot in the city. Shreeka Developers LLP has been based here for a while. C G Road is always packed with traffic and people, so it feels like we are right in the middle of everything. We handle development projects, which means we spend a lot of time dealing with permits and planning. The office isn't very large, just enough space for our desks and a table for meetings. We often have people dropping in to talk about new projects or just to catch up. It gets a bit noisy with the windows open, but that’s just Ahmedabad for you. We aren't trying to be the biggest developers in the state. We just want to do good work on the projects we take on. Sometimes the process is slow and frustrating, especially with all the rules you have to follow. We just take it one day at a time. Most of us have been in this business long enough to know that things rarely go perfectly. We deal with the hiccups as they come. We’re just a bunch of locals who know how to build. We don't use any big words or marketing tricks. We just show up every morning and get to work. It’s as simple as that. There’s a small tea stall downstairs where we usually go when things get too busy.
