About Shree Range Glass – Building & Construction Material in Ahmedabad
We've been here at 106/4 for a while now. It's just behind Sarania Vas, right near the Ramdevpir Mandir. You can usually hear the temple bells from our workshop when the wind blows right. Working with glass isn't the easiest thing in this heat, but we get through the day. The shop isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we cut and move sheets around. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, so we're always cleaning something. The neighbors are alright, mostly other small places doing their own thing. We start early before it gets too hot. It's a bit of a maze to find us if you don't know the back lanes behind the temple, but once you're here, it’s quiet enough. We handle a lot of glass every week, mostly just regular stuff people need for their windows or small projects. It gets heavy, and you have to be careful with your hands. There's a tea stall just around the corner where we usually take a break in the afternoon. Most days are the same, just keeping up with the work coming in. We don't really have a big office or anything, just the work floor and a desk with too many papers on it. It’s what we do. The floor is usually covered in small bits of offcuts that we sweep up at the end of the shift. It’s honest work, and we stay busy enough to keep the lights on and everyone paid.
