We are tucked away at B 14 in the Tulsi Bunglows. It’s right near Gulab Tower on Sola Road in Thaltej. It’s a good location because we are close to the main road but the bungalows themselves stay pretty quiet. We do land development and housing projects around this part of Ahmedabad. Thaltej has become a really popular place to live, so we stay pretty busy with people asking about plots and new houses. Our office is part of a residential block, so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate building. We like it that way. Most of us live not too far from here, so the commute isn't too bad unless the Sola Road traffic is having a bad day. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and visiting different pieces of land to see what can be done with them. It takes a long time to get all the paperwork sorted for land development, so we have to be patient. We’ve been doing this for a while now. We know most of the other developers and agents in the area. We just try to be fair and get our work done without making a big fuss. It’s a lot of walking around in the sun and talking to people on their doorsteps. If you’re near Gulab Tower, you’re basically right there. We usually have someone at the desk during normal hours, though we might step out for tea occasionally. Dealing with land records and property boundaries is tricky but someone has to do it.
