Shree Ganesh Plast Products. We’re based out of Plot No. 2a and 2b in the Panchratna Industrial Estate in Changodar. It’s a bit of a drive out from the main city, but this is where all the manufacturing happens. We’ve got our machines set up on the survey no. 287 land, and they run pretty much around the clock when we have big orders. We make all sorts of plastic products, from containers to small parts for other industries. The floor is usually covered in little plastic pellets, and it gets quite warm when the molding machines are all running at once. It’s a loud, busy environment, and we’re always looking at the clock to make sure we’re hitting our production numbers. We aren't a high-tech startup; we’re a manufacturing unit with people who know how to fix a jammed machine or adjust a mold by feel. Most of us live nearby or commute in from the surrounding villages. We don’t have a fancy website or a lot of promotional material. Our work is about making sure the plastic comes out the right shape and the right color every single time. It’s repetitive work, but there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing a finished pile of products ready to be loaded onto a truck. Changodar is a tough, dusty place to work, but we’ve made a good home for ourselves here over the years.
