Shree Balaji Group

Shree Balaji Group is located on the 4th floor of Shree Balaji Mall. We are right on the highway that goes from Visat to Gandhinagar, near the stretch between Motera and Chankheda. Being in a mall is a bit different than a regular office building. We see people going to the movies or shopping while we are heading in to work. Our office has a good view of the traffic moving along the highway. It’s a large space because we have a lot of different things going on with our projects. We have several desks, a small area for guests, and a lot of folders. The mall can get quite busy on the weekends, but during the week, it’s a fairly quiet place to get work done. We spend our time managing properties and talking to people who are looking for a new place to live or work. Ahmedabad is growing so fast, especially in this Motera area, so there is always a lot to keep track of. We aren't really into polished sales pitches. We just show people what we have and let them decide. The office has a lot of light because of the big windows. We usually have a few people coming in and out all day. It’s a practical location for us because we are right in the middle of where all the new building is happening.
