Shree Balaji Caterers

Shree Balaji Caterers is based out of Ahmedabad, specifically at G-456 in the City Center on Prem Darwaja Road. It’s a busy part of the city to be in. Our setup here handles all the logistics and planning that goes into the job. The office is right in the middle of things, which is handy for getting around. A lot of time is spent on the phone or looking at schedules. Prem Darwaja Road is always moving, so street noise is just part of the background. Our space in the City Center isn't very big, but it fits what we need. Desks are often piled with papers and big calendars. It gets a bit messy when a lot is going on, but everything has its place. Ahmedabad has been our home for quite a while now. The team consists of just a handful of people who know the ropes. No fancy furniture or reception areas are found here. It’s just a place where the work gets done. Most days involve long lists and checking things off. Sometimes the lights stay on late when a big job is coming up. The City Center is a familiar place and the other shop owners are like neighbors. It’s a simple operation at G-456. We just focus on the food and the events.
