We are located up in office 1115 at Shivalik Satyamev. It is right by the Vakil Saheb Bridge on the Ambli Bopal Road. Being up on the eleventh floor gives us a bit of a view, though we are usually too busy looking at our screens to notice it much. Shivay Vertex Exim Llp is where we handle all our trading business. Bopal is a fast-growing area, and there is always construction noise or traffic nearby. The office is modern enough, but we keep it pretty simple inside. There are desks, some computers, and a lot of folders. We spend the day tracking shipments and coordinating with different people to move products around. It is a lot of back-and-forth on the phone. We don't use a lot of big words or have complicated systems; we just do what needs doing to keep the business moving. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment is being processed in a different time zone. The bridge nearby is always packed during rush hour, so we try to time our departures carefully. It's a regular work life, really. We handle the ups and downs of the export-import world from this office. It’s steady work and we’ve gotten pretty good at managing the various steps involved in getting goods from point A to point B without too much fuss. It takes a lot of patience to deal with all the different rules and customs, but we just take it one day at a time.
