SHIVAM FURNITURE

We are located right near the Gota railway overbridge, inside the Varahii Industrial Estate. It’s a busy spot with lots of trucks coming and going all day. We’ve been making furniture here for quite some time now. Our workshop is basically where we spend all our hours. It’s dusty and smells like sawdust most of the time, but that’s just part of the job. We make beds, sofas, and cupboards for local families. People usually find us because they live nearby in Gota and need something sturdy for their homes. We don’t have a big fancy showroom with bright lights and mirrors. It’s mostly just the pieces we are working on right now. We use a lot of wood and laminate. Sometimes we have to rush to finish a dining table before a festival. It’s a small operation here at unit number 4. We do the cutting, the polishing, and the assembly ourselves. If you need a simple chair or a big wardrobe, we just figure out the size and start working. The railway bridge is a good landmark because people always get lost in the industrial estate. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in town. We just want to make things that don't break after a month. It gets loud with the machines running, but we like the work. It’s honest and it keeps us busy every single day. We just stay focused on the wood and the tools.
