Shivam Devlopers

You can find us at 134 Mayur Park, which is right by Krishna Vidhyalay in the Bapunagar part of Ahmedabad. It’s a pretty well-known area, mostly residential and busy with school traffic in the mornings. Shivam Devlopers has been operating out of this neighborhood for a bit now. We spend most of our time looking at land and trying to see what can be done with it. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just dealing with bricks, cement, and a lot of paperwork. Sometimes we are out at a site all day and the office sits empty, but that’s just how it goes in development. Bapunagar is a down-to-earth place, and we like it that way. Fancy suits or big corporate meetings aren't our style. Usually, it’s just a chat over some tea about where a wall should go or when the materials are arriving. Mistakes happen sometimes, or the rain slows us down, and we just have to deal with it. We’ve got a lot of files stacked up near the desk because there’s always something to keep track of. Being near the school means we hear the bell every day, which helps us keep time. We’re just local people working on local buildings, trying to get things finished so the next project can start. It's a lot of back and forth with workers and suppliers, but we stay on top of it as much as possible.
