Shivam Developers

Our spot is at number 22 in Devpriya-2, right near the Anandnagar Cross Road in Satellite. Ahmedabad is growing so fast, and being in the Satellite area means we see it happening right outside our window. Shivam Developers consists of a few of us handling the day-to-day work of planning out spaces and checking on various plots. It’s a lot of running around, to be honest. We spend half the time on-site and the other half here at the office sorting through blue-prints and talking to contractors. Sometimes the office looks like a mess with all the maps and documents piled up. A slick reception area isn't something we have. It's more of a place where we sit down and try to figure out how to make things fit together. Living and working around Anandnagar means being right in the thick of it. The traffic at the cross road can be a headache, but it keeps things interesting for us. We’ve been doing this for some time now, just moving from one project to the next. Dealing with land and buildings isn't always easy, and there are always some delays or issues to solve. Challenges are just part of the job. It's practical work for us. Most of the people we talk to are local folks looking for a place to stay or start something. We aren't fancy and big words aren't really our thing. We just get through the work as it comes and try to stay organized.
