Shilp Group

Shilp Group is based out of Plot No. 204 in the Shilp-3 building. You can find us right on Sindhubhavan Road in Bodakdev, just opposite the Hof Showroom. It’s a well-known area near the Mann Party Plot Cross Road and the S.G. Highway. Our office is right in the thick of things. We’ve been working on projects in this part of Ahmedabad for a long time. It’s a busy office because there’s always a lot of construction and development happening around here. We don't really do the whole corporate marketing thing. We’re just a team of people who build and manage properties. Our days are filled with meetings, checking on construction sites, and dealing with all the legal stuff that comes with big projects. It’s hard work and it can be stressful when deadlines are tight or the weather doesn't cooperate. We try to keep things simple and honest when we talk to people about our work. The area around Sindhubhavan Road has changed completely since we started, and it’s been a lot of effort to keep up with it. We don't have a mission statement or any of that; we just focus on getting the buildings finished and making sure they are solid for the people who will use them. We like being in Bodakdev and seeing our projects become part of the city skyline. It’s just what we do, day in and day out, at Shilp-3. We take pride in just getting the job done without much fuss.
