Sarjan Developers

We are Sarjan Developers, and our place is located at 119/2. We are tucked behind Kaveri Sangam, near the Shilaj Cross Road. It is a bit quieter back there than it is right on the main road, which we actually prefer for our daily work. It gives us a bit of peace to focus on our plans and drawings. We spend most of our time working on housing and land development in the local area. It’s a lot of responsibility because people are putting their trust in us for their future. We don't take that lightly. Our office isn't very fancy at all. It has what we need, which is mostly space for blueprints and a place to sit and talk with people. We aren't a corporate giant with a thousand employees and fancy cars. We are a small group of people who know how to build things. We’ve been around Shilaj Cross Road long enough to see it grow from almost nothing into a busy hub for everyone. It’s been interesting to watch the progress. We don't use glossy brochures or big fancy ads to get attention. We just talk to people. If you come see us, we will probably be in the middle of something, but we always have time for a quick chat and a cup of tea. We try to be honest about how long things take and what they actually cost. There’s no point in making promises you can’t keep. We just do our work and try to do it well.
