Pacifica Infraplus Llp.

We are tucked away behind the Abhilekh Flat, right at Royal Serenade and across from the Venetian Villa Bunglow. It’s a bit of a specific location, but once you find the bunglows, we’re easy to spot. Pacifica Infraplus Llp is basically our small team working on local infrastructure and housing. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or a big reception area. Most of the space is taken up by drawings, material samples, and stacks of files. We spend our days coordinating between the office and the various construction sites we have going on. It’s a lot of work to keep things on track, and sometimes we fail to hit every deadline because of things out of our control, like the monsoon or supply shortages. We try to be honest with people about that. There’s no use making promises we can’t keep. We’re not a huge corporate entity; we’re just local people who know how to build. We’ve been in this business long enough to know what works and what doesn't in this climate. Most of our projects are close by, so we can keep a close eye on them. We like being able to walk to a site and see the progress for ourselves. If you’re looking for someone to build something without a lot of unnecessary drama, that’s pretty much how we operate. We just do the work and try to do it right. It’s a simple way to run a business.
