Our office for Maple Greens Developers. is tucked away on Thaltej Shilaj Road. We are located right Opp Venetial Villas and we are also Nr.anand Niketan School. It is a nice part of town. You see all the parents dropping off their kids in the morning while we are getting the site ready for the day. It is a bit quieter than being right on the main highway, which I personally like. We focus on residential projects mostly. Building homes is a big responsibility. You are making a place where someone is going to grow up or spend their old age. We take that quite seriously, even if we do not talk about it in a fancy or polished way. Our office is usually a bit of a mess. We have samples of tiles and different bricks scattered all around the floor. It is a working office, not some shiny showroom. Sometimes I have to go out and yell a bit to get the pace of work up, but mostly the workers know what they are supposed to be doing. We have been in this area for a long time now. We know the soil and we know how the water runs when it pours. That matters a lot when you are building something. We do not spend money on big advertisements. We would rather put that money into better materials for the buildings. If you walk by, you will likely see me sitting outside. It is a simple life.
