We’ve been over here at Plot 7 and 9 for a while now. It’s right near Malberry Heights, which most people know if they’re from this part of town. Samsarjan Developers isn't a fancy place with glass walls and uniforms. It’s more of a spot where we show up, drink some chai, and get to the tasks on the desk. The morning starts early before the sun gets too high. You can see the traffic picking up on the main road from our window. Sometimes the dust from nearby construction gets everywhere, but that’s just how it is around here. We spend most of our time looking at plans or talking to people who walk in with questions. It’s not always organized perfectly. Files pile up, and the phone rings more than we’d like. But we know where everything is. Being close to Malberry Heights makes it easy to explain where we are to delivery drivers. They usually find us without too much trouble. We don’t have a big reception desk or a shiny logo out front. It’s just us working in a space that feels like it’s been lived in. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk about the weather or the local news. Other days, everyone is running around trying to finish things before the weekend. It’s a basic operation, really. Just people doing their jobs at Samsarjan Developers, trying to keep things moving along without too much fuss.
