Safal Goyal Realty Llp. has its main office at Sky City, which is right near Club 07 on the S.p.ring Road. It’s a very busy part of town these days. I remember when there wasn't much out here at all, but now it's all built up with new things everywhere. Our workspace in Sky City is where we handle all the day-to-day things that come up. We aren't a big, polished corporation with a hundred employees. It’s just a few of us here doing the work. We spend our time on the phone or meeting with people who are looking for property in this specific area. Since we are so close to the ring road, it's very easy for us to get out and look at different sites. The office itself is pretty plain. We have some basic chairs for people to sit in and a big wooden table where we spread out our maps and construction plans. It’s not the quietest place because of all the activity around Sky City and the club, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We just focus on getting the paperwork right and making sure everyone knows what the next step is for their project. We don't go in for big mission statements or anything like that. We just provide a place where you can get some straight answers about realty. It’s a practical setup for a practical business. We’re usually here from early morning until the sun goes down.
