Shaw Wallace Agrochemicals Ltd is located on the third floor of Siddharth Complex. We are at number 1, right near Dinesh Hall on Ashram Road. This part of Ahmedabad is usually bustling with activity. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is always packed with cars and rickshaws. The building itself is an older one, but it’s well-known in the area. We spend our time here dealing with the agrochemicals side of the business. It’s mostly office work, handling orders and talking to suppliers. It’s not a showroom or anything like that. It’s just a place where we get our work done. Ashram Road is a major artery for the city, so getting here can be a bit of a chore during peak hours. We’ve got a small team and the office is often filled with the sound of fans and people talking on the phone. We don’t have fancy carpets or glass walls. It’s just a regular office with plenty of files and computers. We’ve been here for a while and we know the neighborhood well. There are some good spots nearby to grab a quick snack or tea during breaks. It’s a busy, functional space where we focus on the day-to-day tasks of the chemical trade. It’s just honest, steady work in a very central part of town. We keep the files organized as best as we can despite the paper load. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs instead.
