Our centre is located on the second floor of Nilkanth Palace. This is right on Prahladnagar Road in the Satellite area. It’s a pretty well-known spot for anyone living around here. Since we focus on IVF and women's health, we see a lot of couples and expecting mothers every day. The atmosphere is generally calm, though the reception desk stays busy with phone calls and appointments. We have the labs and the consultation rooms all on the same floor, which makes things easier for everyone. The Satellite neighborhood is quite lively, so there’s always something happening outside on the street. Inside, we just focus on the patients. Some people come from quite a distance while others are just from a few blocks away. We spend our time looking at charts, talking to patients about their options, and making sure the facility is kept very clean. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one day at a time. The staff here has been together for a while, so we all know how to work around each other. We don't use any fancy talk; we just explain what needs to happen and then we do it. It’s a serious job, helping people start families, and we take that part of it to heart without making a big fuss about it. Being in Nilkanth Palace has worked out well for us over the years.
