Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd.

We’re based in Surya Apt. over in Naranpura, specifically at 158/1895 on Sola Road. Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. has been operating out of this Ahmedabad location for some time now. It’s a residential-commercial mix area, so it feels very grounded. The office is inside the apartment building, which makes it feel a bit more like home than a cold office. We’ve got some desks pushed together and a small pantry where we make tea. Most of our work involves the local construction projects around Gujarat. We aren't big on polishing our image; the office looks like a place where people actually spend ten hours a day. There are blueprints rolled up in the corners and boots by the door sometimes. We don't use those fancy buzzwords. We just talk about bricks, cement, and deadlines. It gets quite warm in Ahmedabad, so we’re always thankful for the AC. People here are straightforward. We get to the office, check the mail, call the sites, and try to solve whatever problem came up overnight. It’s not always glamorous, but it’s what we do. If you walk in, you’ll find us busy with the mundane stuff that keeps a big construction company running. No fluff, just the daily grind in Naranpura. We like it that way because it keeps us focused on what’s real.
