Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. (Spcl)

Our office for Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. (Spcl) is over at Plot No: 138 in Anandnagar. We are right in Sector No: 27 of Gandhinagar. It is a decent area, quite different from the chaos of some other cities. The office is part of the SPCL division. We have got a setup that is built for efficiency rather than looking good for visitors. There is a lot of paper moving around and usually a few people arguing over a schedule or a budget. That is just how it goes in this industry. Gandhinagar is a bit more laid back, which we appreciate. The streets are wider and there is a bit more room to breathe. Inside the office, it is mostly just us working through the project files. We do not have a big HR department or a PR team writing stuff for us. We just write down what needs to be done and we do it. The atmosphere is pretty casual most days, unless a big deadline is coming up. Then things get a little more tense, but we always manage. We have been in this spot for a while now, so we know the local shops and where to get the best snacks. It feels like a small community inside the office. We are not trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to make sure the work is finished on time. It is a basic, functional workspace for a team that knows the job.
