Shantikrupa Estates Private Limited(A Adani Group Company)

We work out of C/1/1 Keshavpark Society in the Satellite area of Ahmedabad. It’s right opposite the High Court Judges Building, so it’s a fairly quiet and serious neighborhood compared to the rest of the city. Shantikrupa Estates is actually part of the Adani Group, but here in this office, it feels much more local. We deal with estates and property matters every day. The office is near Premchand Nagar, which is a nice place to be. We have a lot of people coming in to talk about real estate, and we try to give them the straight story without any of the usual sales talk. It’s a lot of paperwork and looking at government regulations, which can be pretty dry. Our team is a mix of people who’ve lived in Ahmedabad their whole lives. We know which areas are getting flooded in the monsoon and where the new roads are going. We don’t have a polished corporate vibe here despite the parent company. We’re just regular folks in a regular office with some plants that we sometimes forget to water. We spend our time trying to make sure the estate deals go through without any legal hiccups. It’s steady work and we like the routine of it. The morning commute through Satellite traffic is the only thing we don’t enjoy much, but otherwise, it’s a good place to work with a small, close-knit group of people who just want to do things right.
