Shantikrupa Estate Pvt. Ltd. (Adani Group)

We’ve been here at Shankhesvar Parsvanath Society for a while now. Being part of the Adani Group sounds big, but inside this office near Vasant School, it’s just us trying to keep things moving. Ahmedabad gets really hot in the summer, especially around Subhashbridge, so we usually have the fans going full blast while we check the paperwork. Most of the people working here are from the local neighborhood in Kesavnagar. We deal with real estate stuff, mostly handling the daily bits of managing property. It’s not always glamorous work. Some days involve a lot of phone calls and sorting through files that seem to never end. We know the tea stall around the corner better than anything else. People stop by to ask about plots or just to say hello. It’s a busy spot. You can hear the school kids playing nearby during their breaks. We just try to get the work done before the traffic gets too bad in the evening. There isn't much to say other than we show up, do our jobs, and go home. We’ve been at this address for years, so everyone knows where to find Shantikrupa Estate. It’s just a regular office life here in Ahmedabad, making sure the estate side of things stays on track without too much fuss or any of that fancy corporate talk you hear in the city.
