You can find us at 4 Suryadev Society, which is quite close to the New Civil Hospital in the Shahibaug area of Ahmedabad. Shanti Land Developers has been based here for some time now. Being near the hospital means the area is always busy, with people coming and going at all hours. We work on developing land, which sounds more glamorous than it actually is. Most days it’s just us checking on site reports and talking to contractors on the phone. The office is small and cozy, maybe a bit too cluttered with site plans and surveyor tools. Ahmedabad is growing so fast, and we’re just trying to keep up with the changes in the Shahibaug area. We have a few desks and a very old coffee machine that makes a weird noise every time you use it. The guys here usually wear dusty shoes because they’re always coming back from some plot of land on the outskirts. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy things for us. We just know about land and how to get it ready for building. It’s a lot of patience, waiting for permits and watching the rain to see if we can work. We’ve been in this society for years, and the neighbors all know us. It’s just a regular local business trying to make things happen in our corner of the city, and we take pride in doing our work quietly and steadily every single day.
