Being in Mumbai means dealing with the LBS Road traffic every single day. Our office is in the Dreams complex in Bhandup West, specifically at D-301. It’s a big building, and finding the right wing can be a bit of a puzzle for new visitors. We have been here for a good amount of time. The rains in Mumbai are always a challenge, especially when we are trying to get things delivered or when the lifts get crowded during lunch hours. We aren't doing anything flashy. Shalimar Paints has deep roots, but this specific spot is just where we handle the daily grind. You can hear the city noise from the windows if you leave them open. We usually eat our tiffins together in the small break area. It’s a bit cramped, but it gets the job done. Sometimes we walk down to the station if we aren't too tired. Bhandup has become quite the hub lately, with more complexes like ours popping up. We stay busy with the paperwork and the calls. It is a lot of back and forth with the warehouse and the dealers. People here know us as the paint guys in the D-wing. We don't have fancy decorations or glass walls. It's just desks, computers, and files. We keep it simple because that's what works in a city that moves as fast as this one. The security guards downstairs are helpful enough.
