Gm Industries

Gm Industries is easy to find if you know the Shahwadi Bus Stand. We are right there near the corner, opposite the AEC Sub Station in Narol. It’s a very industrial part of the city, so there’s always smoke or dust in the air. We do a lot of heavy work here. Our floor is concrete and always has some oil stains on it no matter how much we scrub. We have a few guys working the machines and it stays pretty loud throughout the day. You can't really have a conversation without shouting over the hum of the engines. We don't have a fancy waiting room or anything. If you come by, you’ll probably find me in my greasy overalls fixing something that broke. It’s just the way it is in Narol. The sub station across the road is a good landmark for people who haven't been here before. We've been at this spot for years and the building has seen better days. The roof leaks a little when it rains hard, so we have to move the equipment around. It’s a lot of manual labor and long hours. We don't use much technology besides the basics needed to run the shop. Most of our tools are old but they still work fine. We just focus on getting the jobs done so we can go home to our families and rest for the next day.
