Janki Developers is located at F.p. No. 323 and S.p. No. 3 in Tps No. 14. We're right behind the Bombay Garage and across from the Dolphin Club. It's a bit of a specific address, but once you know where the club is, we’re easy to spot. We aren't a big, polished corporation with a fleet of cars and hundreds of staff. We're just a small group that works on building projects in the area. Our office is a place where we do the real work of figuring out how a building is going to go up and who is going to do it. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we know where the important papers are. We spend a lot of time at the various sites we manage, so the office is sometimes empty during the middle of the day. When we are here, we're usually on the phone or going over the latest blueprints. We don't use any fancy sales talk or try to sound more important than we are. We just build houses and commercial spaces for people who need them. Sometimes the traffic near the Bombay Garage is a nightmare, but we've learned to work around it. Construction is hard work and it has its fair share of problems, like delays with material or weather that won't cooperate. We just keep at it until the job is done. It’s been our way of doing things for quite a while now. We appreciate the people who trust us and we stay busy.
