Our office is located at 27/B in the Haripark Flats, right near the Ankur Bus Stand in Naranpura. This is a very well-known part of Ahmedabad, and it’s usually packed with people and traffic. Shah Alloys Ltd has been in this flat for a long time. It’s an older building, and you have to walk up the stairs since there isn't a fancy elevator. Inside, it’s full of folders and metal samples. We don't have any of those modern office pods or lounge areas. We have desks that have been here since the start and chairs that squeak a bit. Our team handles the local Ahmedabad business and the administrative side of the alloy works. The Ankur area is great because everything is nearby, but the noise of the buses is something you just have to get used to. We don't spend our time writing big mission statements or promotional slogans. We just look at the orders, talk to the factory, and make sure everything is on track. It’s a straightforward way to spend the day. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird noise, and we just give it a tap and keep working. We aren't trying to look like a high-tech startup. We are a metal company, and our office reflects that—it’s practical, a bit worn down in places, and very real. We just do the work that needs doing every day.
