Aditya Constructions

You can find us right near the YMCA Club. It’s a handy landmark for people who aren't familiar with our street. Being Aditya Constructions in this neighborhood means we are always around people going to and from the club for their activities. Our office is quite small and simple. We just have some basic desks and shelves full of binders and old project notes. We’ve been doing construction work for a good number of years now. It started with just a couple of us and a few basic tools. Our crew has grown a little since then, but we still like to get our hands dirty. We don't spend much time sitting behind a desk if we can help it. Usually, we are out at a site checking on the concrete or talking to the laborers. The traffic near the YMCA can be a headache in the evenings, so we try to get our site visits done early in the day. We aren't interested in being a huge company with hundreds of employees. We just like to build things that are solid and useful. Sometimes we have long debates about how to fix a problem on a job site, but we always reach a decision. We don't do fancy digital presentations. If a client wants to see what we're doing, we just walk them over to the building. It’s a straightforward way to work, and people seem to like that we’re honest with them.
