If you're looking for our place, it's at Sapphire Bunglows in Lilapur, right across from the Vaishnodevi Temple. It’s a well-known spot, so it is easy to explain where we are to people. We are Shree Gayatrikrupa Developers. We’ve been building in this part of town for a good stretch of time now. We aren't much for corporate talk or fancy presentations. We’d rather just show you a site we are working on. Building houses is hard work and it’s often very messy. There is always dust in the air and the sound of hammers hitting nails. We are used to it, though. We’ve got a small group of workers who have been with us for years. We trust them and they know how we like things done. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We mostly just rely on people seeing our signs or hearing about us from their neighbors. We try to stay practical about everything. If a problem pops up, we deal with it and move on to the next thing. We aren't trying to be the biggest builders in Lilapur. We just want to do decent work and make a living. It’s a simple goal but it keeps us busy from morning until night. We like being near the temple; it’s a nice landmark for our daily work and gives us a sense of place.
