Kt Hrishikesh Realty is situated right by Vaishnavdevi Circle. It’s a busy spot with a lot of traffic coming through from all directions. We chose this location because it’s easy for people to find us when they’re moving between the different parts of the city. The office is usually a bit noisy because of the cars outside, but we’ve gotten used to it. We handle property stuff, mostly helping people find a place that fits what they need. We aren't fancy people. Most of us wear jeans and casual shirts to work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving out to show people different plots and buildings. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up and the desks are a mess, but we know where everything is. It’s a small operation, just a few of us trying to make a living in the real estate world. We don't have a big corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just try to be honest about what we're selling and what the prices are. Sometimes a deal doesn't work out, and that's okay, we just move on to the next one. The circle is a landmark for everyone in this area, so we just tell people to look for the Vaishnavdevi Circle and they usually find us without any trouble. It’s a good spot to see how the city is expanding. We've been here for a few years and have seen the buildings go up all around us.
