Isurf Broadband Private Limited is based in the Sapath Hexa building, which is right across from the Kargil Petrol Pump on the S.G. Highway. If you know that part of Ahmedabad, you know it is always busy with traffic. Our office is at B - 503, near the Gujarat High Court. We spend most of our time dealing with routers, cables, and servers. It is a lot of sitting at desks and looking at monitors to make sure everyone's internet is working. When there is a problem with a line somewhere, our guys have to head out and find where the wire snapped or the box failed. It is a lot of coordination between the office and the people on the street. We are not some giant faceless corporation; we are just a local team trying to keep the signal strong. The office is often full of spools of fiber optic cable and boxes of new modems. We do not have any fancy decorations on the walls, just maps of the city and some technical charts. Sometimes the phones ring non-stop when there is a big storm, and those are the long days. We like the location because there are plenty of places to eat around the high court area. It is a fast-paced business but we have been doing it long enough to stay calm when things get messy. We just want people to have their internet without any fuss or complications.
